AID operation is rooted on three programmatic areas that inform its
intervention
- Livelihood & Education Program:- The livelihood and education
program deals with the issuance of interest free micro fiancé to
illiterate women with the aim of contributing in reducing the poverty
status and enhancing their dignity in society. Skill development that
concentrate in providing adult literacy classes for illiterate women; ICT
training for young girls ; scholarship for deprive children; internship
for young girls in tertiary institutions (pre professional skills);
- Health & Safety Program:- The health and safety program is
focus HIV/AIDS; Cancer; WASH;
Sexual Reproductive Health and Gender Base Violence.
- Governance Programme:- The governance program seek to provide
a platform for illiterate women and deprive children choice and voices to
be heard on issues that affect
their well being and welfare in society. Ranging from policy to
legislation and to developmental action.
